q       There are two parking spaces immediately outside the house on level gravelled area.

q       No public transport facility.

q       Nearest town – Whitchurch – 6 miles.

q       No collection service available.

q       Permanent block paved ramp to main entrance.

q       No reception area – hallway of house, guests greeted upon arrival with the offer of assistance with luggage.

q       Arrival times between 5.00pm and 7.00pm or by prior arrangement.

q       All ground floor doors wide enough for wheelchair access – 820mm.

q       A level wood floor from hall to ground floor bedroom and en-suite shower room.

q       A level floor from hall to ground floor bedroom and from bedroom to en-suite shower room.

q       Ground floor en-suite shower room has a tiled level floor with under floor heating, vanity washbasin, wc, bidet and glass screened wet room shower area with hand rail.

q       Ground floor double bedroom (twin or super king beds) and en-suite shower room have wheelchair access.

q       First floor double bedroom (twin or super king beds) has an en-suite shower room with sloping ceiling and an (800x800) shower enclosure. This bedroom is accessed via a single 13 step curved flight of stairs with hand rail on right hand side.

q       Both bedrooms have hollow fibre duvets and pillows with poly-cotton covers and sheets. Both rooms are carpeted and have remote controlled TV, radio alarm clock, hair dryer and complimentary tea/coffee tray

q       No telephones in bedrooms. Restricted mobile phone reception in this area.

q       Light switches and power sockets at sensible height – under new building regulations.

q       Angle-poise light available on request.

q       No special fittings for wheelchair users.

q       Books, magazines, maps and tourist information is available on galleried landing – seating available.

q       No room service available.

q       Assistance dogs are welcome but no free run available.

q       Access to garden/ terrace via side gate from front of house.
